Venners uses the Go Audits platform to conduct audits for a range of clients in the hospitality, franchise, and retail sectors.

The platform offers us a versatile tool allowing us to tailor each audit to our client’s company requirements. The powerful action management tools are particularly useful, and we have achieved over 92.0% engagement with site managers registering actions and closing assigned tasks.

We have been particularly impressed with the customer support team who have always reacted quickly, to answer queries or to help build bespoke report templates. Thank you, keep up the good work.

There are no significant issues with the platform. Any day to day problems are very quickly resolved by the support team.

Not so expensive easy to use, management of correttive plans and statistics available

Improvement requests in the past were not easy to have and now we have new persons dedictaed to us in case of needs. We trust also thta the new up will bring improvements.

The picture upload makes it easy for users to identify the area of concern without writing any text.

Changes of text within individual item are not readily picked up by the system so users need "importing" all the time. At times, the revised text affects the "marking" of the specific item e.g. a "n/a" becomes a "no response", resulting in "fail" for the audit.

I have been using GOAudit for over 1 year now, but my company uses for over 2. The product is excellent and ensure diligence. The customer service is quick, efficient and super helpful. Anything is possible with them, they are very accommodating and open to suggestions for improvements.

Nothing really. If I would suggest something, I would like an automated way to send reminders to close "action plans".

I wish that the custom standards would be included in the main reports of the corresponding department instead of a separate custom report I wish i could manage users myself and make custom audits myselfI also wish we could filter by associate in the analytics dashboard

The system is still a work in progress for Center Parcs so lots of learnings still, however i wouldn't currently say there are any cons.

i was tasked with sourcing a software that would help our business ensure we kept all departments up to standards and i felt this was the best all round software to allow us to do this.

nothing, easy to use and fully functional for all departments.

That everythings is in the same plataform and i can do any change or update with my phone.

I think that the action plan plataform have a few improve areas.

The range of pre-built audit templates that are already available for our sector were very welcome and a good starting point. The form builder is also very easy and intuitive to use. The application works flawlessly on smartphones for our users and they took very little time learning how to use it.

The pricing is maybe a little high per user but we feel it will justify itself in the long term in the time it has saved us developing a similar system.

The ability to set up inspection reports and score each individual question

The layout of the site address could be improved for the administrator and for the reports to look better

The GoAudits system has revolutionised store reporting, it is easy to use (once set up), clear, precise and the output reporting is excellent

Some of the set up processes and amending Audits can be confusing - maybe it is just me!

The flexibility to adapt the content to suit our business and the mobile and web app access are equal in regards to ease of use.

We are working closely with our customer support manager to have the final changes implemented

There is no possibility to generate more informative reports or reports that can be customized.

I like how simple it is to add any notes or photos you may need. It has clean and easy to read pages that make it easy for anyone to use.

I don't really dislike anything about this software.

Joining a company that was still utilizing pen and paper evaluations, this software has revolutionized our audit system. It saves our operations teams time and streamlines communication to all shareholders. picture documentation and geo-location are 2 invaluable features that we utilize.

not sure if I can think of any features that I would change. great job and support from Rep and his team.

Only been using for 6 months or so, very easy to use though, and great customer service and helpdesk team.
