It has been an ongoing struggle with trying to implement everything exercise.com has to offer. We were told onboarding would take up to 60 days. We have been at it for 6 months and I feel like there is so much more left to use. I wish there was a way for us to pay someone, that was dedicated to our site to set everything up for us. We are trainers, not computer programmers. Thank goodness for [sensitive content hidden], but she has multiple customers to help as well.

Offered an "all-in-one" platform and there were no tiers for different client totals.

The user experience on the client side is HORRIBLE! Heaven forbid your phone locks! If it does the app quits and MAYBE your logged weights will still be there when you go back into the workout. The workout notes for each section are not visible unless you back out into the overview of the workout. Also, you can not see what your previous weights were in the past when you're in the workout. It is just a very clunky user experience for my clients. And in return frustrating for me, the gym owner.

The service reps are friendly and professional, know their stuff, and are pretty quick to respond. [sensitive content hidden] is our rep and does a wonderful job taking care of our needs and guiding us through the software.

Overall it's a great product. There are a couple of software issues like bill dates that don't show correctly on our end when we pause members.

I needed a new platform for our business as we were expanding. Now we use the software to book for classes, personal training, massage, physical therapy, facials etc. We also run a 24/7 gym using this software to sell and manage it and use Kisi (integrated with exercise.com) for door access.

Overall, I give Exercise.com 5/5 stars because of the quality of the product + the support team. Doing a custom app is daunting, but they make sure you get the support you need to build out something special and unique to you and your business.

So far my experience with exercise.com has been superb. I had an app built and it turned out sweet. My contact with my exercise.com team has been professional. Responses to my many questions have been timely and my POC [sensitive content hidden] has been super patient with my lack of IT knowledge.

There was a hick-up on the IT side of the house in the early phases when my app was being built. That situation was quickly resolved and we got back on track.

It feels like a product that is still finding its stride and is not as visually appealing for customers as many of the other interfaces they see on a daily basis or as other fitness apps often are.

This is really just a huge shout out and THANK YOU to [sensitive content hidden] for her fabulous customer support! She is A-mazing and consistently handles off the wall requests from us with quick responses and a patient ear for our problems. I always feel like we're going to find some kind of solution, new trick or easier way to accomplish a task when we in get in touch with her.
As far as exercise.com itself, what I like the most is that the platform is being improved as time goes on.

That the financial reporting was limited. It was also confusing for athletes to purchase training sessions and schedule them. This may be more a reflection of how we set up our on training options on the back end, but the customer's app experience was not particularly visually appealing and often times was difficult to use due to options menus or buttons populating to outside of the usable screen on phones.

Working with [sensitive content hidden] was so seamless. She was able to take the time to listen to our every needs and really develop solutions to the best of her ability. She was well versed in all of the solutions and capabilities of the app. Clearly the best experience was the onboarding process.

The build out for the app took over 90 days and was caught in the middle of a process change that effected delivering our app. While I understand that it is not the norm, it was my experience.

Great experience. I am new to the platform and still am testing things out. The team is great. Platform seems very functional and user friendly (once you get used to it). The tech support and your account manager are with you every step of the way. It made a huge difference.
