If I had my druthers, I'd probably use other products for some of the user cases that I'm currently using it for, even though that would be at a greater cost. Also, I think more of the baseline AI functions should be included in the paid seats as opposed to as an exorbitant add on. There are no live chat-with-a-human options, getting in touch via email can also be a struggle, and no ability to call unless you're at a certain payment tier.
