I love the idea that the app is able to track the internet time and apps used by the user. It builds discipline and also shows your integrity for the client.

I'm not very fond of the pause feature since it's hard to track the specific time you spent for a task especially if your project is split on a daily basis.

My boss will know how hardworking I am because they will know the status of my work

Monitask is important for my workflow, as they offer an easy way to track and time track my task. I usually collaborate it with my team, and we can monitor easily the task progress and intervention that are needed for the task. The notification will be sent either by email or on the notification central for the task that has reach its dateline and still not marked complete.

Monitask has limited logs or history for the time tracking. It only store the logs for the last 2 weeks and nothing after it. I make the auditing process is harder as i will need to save the logs manually before it disappeared.

Easy to use and, compared to other solutions, very easy to install on Mac or PC! Compared to other solutions, great customer service

There were a few nice-to-have features that we would appreciate. We understood that are coming down the line.

It ran immediately when I started up my computer so I could track my time at the beginning of each work day and clock out afterwards without hassle. Whenever my computer was idle, it would track that as well. It also tracked the sites i spent the most time on.

No cons here. It was good for tracing my time.

It's easy to use and definitely employee-centered because it doesn't mean to spy to the employees

There's always updates and sometimes it gets on the way with work.

The best thing about this software is to keep an eye on employees.

Honestly, there's nothing wrong with this software.

this software is really helpfull for me to manage my small team. its really make a remote work is really possible to do. before i know Monitask, i just thing that working remote is really difficult to trust really my team. but because Monitask, i can really more trust with my team, and i can be more productive and effective to know what is important in development so i can see all my team works on their screen. good job Monitask Team!

sometimes monitask is buggy, where sometimes the screenshot is not loaded or sometimes at my team screen it already recorded, but in dashoard its not. so i hope this software can be better in the future. but overall i realy love the team how they treat me as a user.. where every report i bring to developer, they really heard about that and fix it as soon as a possible.

Full feature set, ability to screen capture more than one monitor, and ability to update task comments in between/independent of screen captures - this allows the team to note key items as they come up. Pricing is fair.

minor...no direct way to go from the tool to the www dashboard. Need to click 'enter manual time' then go from there.

Monitask is an easy to management. You can see the time of check in / check out of the employee. The activity between those hours. It allows you to see screenshots of every employee, this is a great tool for remote workers.

Everything was good. I really don't use the payroll tool, but I would like to learn how to use it.

I most like this software dashboard. It's wasy to get work report.

I like screenshoot and billings. Mostly like work analytics.

It is easy to use and view. Easy to add teams to the platform and track.

The screen share feature does not always capture the amount of screen shots per hour that you select. It changes it back even after adjusting the frequency.

Monitask is one of the best project and team management software.
it is a very easy and simple tool to manage your tasks, you can easily access all the information and also it provide you the guidance and templates for your projects,
one of the best things that impressed me is that we can easily access ouer account from anywhere on any devices that we trust.

This is a new entry in the market so there are some errors at the developer's end. but overall it is the best software to mange tasts.

It´s very useful can get the screenshots of all activities of my remote users this feature increase the productivity

Maybe the cost can be less expensive but I think the price VS features is good

I most like their pricing and software interface. It's very simple app. Everyone would be able to use and manage it.

I didn't found problem yet. So, I don't know what should need improve of this software.

I'm loving Monitask. I feel like I get a lot more done with this tool at my fingertips, thus the ability to "multitask". It fulfills its role impeccably and I have the freedom to view time reports from within the platform, track usage and capture work detail via the screenshot feature. Also, you can't beat their free plan to get started -- I've yet to see another paid platform provide all this for free! When my team and needs scale in the future, I'll easily transition from free to paid because Monitask gets it all done, both economically and otherwise.

Nothing, really. Monitask offers a lot for very little commitment from the buyer's side. Like I already said, can't beat that for value! ;)

Very easy to set up and get started. I needed something quick to start on a project to be able to document my time for a client.

I haven't found a way to manually add or delete time (if I forgot to start/stop timer) - Granted, I was busy actually using the software and didn't need this particular function yet, so didn't look very hard at all for it - but it wasn't immediately obvious.

Very easy to use, no thrills just does what it's supposed to do, great support always friendly and to the point.

There were a couple of errors in the time-keeping due to users being doublely logged in, the issue was fixed quickly and everything is now running smoothly.

Easy to navigate and provides reports for the team.

A little pricey, hope they can provide discount if the company has more users.

This is not invasive software, is easy to handle, and the app is not big in terms of space use or download time.

The menu of the users could be more detail, without going to the reports page.
