Mentornity mas que un sitio para manejar mentorías es una serie de soluciones que te ofrecen sin lugar a dudas mucha facilidad y flexibilidad de administración, control, planificación y organización de tu programa de mentorías. Así como para los mentores y estudiantes. Sin lugar a duda una herramienta muy simple e intuitiva pero a la vez muy completa.

La única desventaja que veo a la herramienta es el costo para un negocio pequeño. ya que si bien es cierto el plan gratuito te ofrece 10 usuarios sin costo cuando pasamos de esa cantidad el cobro es bastante elevado si no hacemos uso de todo los usuarios que nos ofrecen en el plan Satellite.

Es increíblemente fácil de utilizar, amigable al usuario y sobre todo es establece y tiene todas las herramientas necesarias para trabajar

Me gustó todo, sin embargo el tema de las videollamadas podría mejorar.

Very easy to organize meetings and add mentors

Invitation only usage restricts our access to a greater audience

It is quite easy to work with. I can easily reach to mentees and vice versa, quiet user friendly to set meetings also it has great online meeting function.

I did not experience any bad impression

Mentornity allows to see the match between students and tutors very easily. It also stores all the feed in the home page, which is helpful.

What I don't like about it is that it's not easy —or not possible to— create time slots and meetings that are repeated, as would be possible in another platform like google calendar, say.

We really took off on the corporate coaching program they had to offer. It helped alot of the supervisory staff here.

We thought the pricing was a bit high since we have higher attrition but we believe it will work out.

How easy is to schedule a meeting with mentors and the integration with a video-conference room helps a lot to start the weekly mentorship

Lack of support docs for the users inside the platform, currently you have to visit the company's blog

It has an enormous entrepreneurship network. It makes easier to find what you need about communication between business areas.

It has not a category segmentation such as science, agriculture, etc for projects yet.

There is no that kind of solution around mostly. That's why it's making everything easier. Also, there are good user experience good use cases. When I start using the software I can find everything easily. Sometimes it's hard to say some feedback to mentors. But the online feedback system makes everything easier.

Mobile UX, UI solutions are very bad on android I can write direct messages to mentors easily, needed to fix it

Mentornity is a simply platform to use, with great connectivity and interoperative in a simple and holistic manner. The different platforms offered express the differentiation approach and the customer friendliness.

The integraion with other apps should be a plus in order to increase value for money. The ability the users may alter the menu inside the product / platform may be an asset. Privacy is very important and should be offered in maximum.

We were able to use mentornity feauters to arrange online meetings between mentors and participants and after that, we saw an overview of the activities, that helped us better understand if and how often they had been using this mentoring tool.

We found a lot of support from the mentornity team, giving us tips and adapting their functions to our needs.

There are some functions's label you can use as something else but not customize, so it can be confusing the user (e.g. we had to refer to our mentees teams as "start-ups" and couldn't assign them another name).

I like it being simple and I can do anything I want to do with it.

I didn't encounter any problems, I don't think there is anything I didn't like so far.

Mentornity makes my life easier. I managed to book my appointments very quickly and easily.

I like all functions, it is very useful.

The mentoring booking feature is the single high value feature.
We went from doing it by hand, through Google Spreadsheets and then Mentornity changed our lifes.
The onboarding for "not so digital friendly" experts and mentors is really easy as well!

Mentornity is not yet compatible with other software through API / Zapier / Integromat.
We use Airtable as a CRM and we'd love to have some connections between it and Mentornity

I liked that the software was integrated with google services to easily schedule meetings, write summaries about those meetings and record overall activity. It was easy to add the platform to my calendar and to keep track of my mentees.

The platforms built-in call services were faulty, so we opted for using google meet or zoom instead of mentornity's own video call.

Ease of use, monitoring of notifications, message system very successful!

Everything is perfect. I can't see a bad part.

It took a small time to get our mentors used to it. But after 2 times use mentornity started to facilitate their lives as well.

Very nice and so good platform, for us.

The platform has no disadventage for us.

it makes so easy to interact with people trying to get mentoring advice , we use it for an entrepreneurship booster program. people trying to get advice from other successful entrepreneurs for their own startups can get in contact with pre approved mentors to arrange meetups.

the UX could be improved and notifications systems only via mail can make you lose a mentee message.

It is a great ease of use for all parties, especially online video call option is great! I strongly recommend to use this software.

Searching and filtering options in the app should be developed.

You can arrange your meetings, schedule in just a couple of clicks.
The best part is you can get detailed info from your mentee and message them or any other user.

User Experience /User Interface should be improved. Sometimes finding the right menu is not easy.

The best feature I like about this software is that it is unique and the work done becomes easy.

The least I liked about this software was the messaging part.
