Me ha ayudado a organizar los gastos e ingresos de forma mucho más eficiente.

Me ha costado un poco aprender a usarla. La implementación es difícil.

He estado usando Rippling por un tiempo y debo decir que ha facilitado mucho mis tareas de recursos humanos y TI.

Tuve que esperar más de lo que me gustaría para obtener respuestas a mis consultas, lo que puede ser frustrante.

Me encanta que puedo llevar un control de horas y pagos de mi equipo me a hecho más fácil ala hora de hacer el mi trabajo.

Un poco el uso en algunas cosas me resulta difícil aún usarlo pero creo que puede mejorar.

Rippling is very user friendly and maneuverable without assistance

Sometimes I get confused on where to find what, between Time Off and Time & attendance. Maybe they should all be under the same tab.

It is easy and very intuitive to the end user.

When I enter my "exit" time, I have to do this after the time, even if it's only a minute off. I would like a rule of rounding of 5-15 minutes. Example, if I log in at the end of my day at 2:28PM for an end time of 2:30PM because I'm not going to do any more work in two minutes, it would be nice to enter 2:30PM whereas now I have to remember to log back in after 2:30PM to "sign out" for the day.

The only other criticism would be when I am approving time cards, one on the last day of the pay period Rippling takes me to the first day of the next pay cycle. Also there seems to be a lag in when I approve a person's time card and when the system registers the person's time card has been approved.

Rippling is beyond easy to use. The mobile app is great as well.

There isn't anything I can say negative about Rippling

Rippling is a very user friendly platform with clear self navigation.

There is no ability to split shifts for trades and swaps.

I can update all of my information in one place like my plan, and direct deposit information

None really. The aesthetics are a little dated, but the platform is superb.

Rippling is always adapting and enhancing their products. They have a full suite of solutions and a support team available to offer guidance. I have been very impressed with their tooling and how their products have scaled with us as our business has grown from 100 employees to over 400.

Rippling has many integrations; however, most third parties are only one-way, which creates some limitations. Additionally, one vendor that we wish Rippling would build an API with is Sparrow - this has been on the wish list for several years. It appears adding new integrations is not high on Rippling's roadmap at this time. As such, be sure to confirm what integrations are available and if they are 360 or 180 connections, before purchasing so that you have the right expectations going into it.

Ease of use as a member of the people operations team, onboarding, benefits, etc. time has been cut by more than half.

After joining PEO, you need to reach out to solve simple issues that you could have previously solved by yourself, they are quite responsive and you can get someone on a zoom within minutes however.

I love everything about Rippling, all the different features and how easy it is to use

Rippling is easy to use and has a great guided implementation which makes onboarding quick. There's still a great deal of customization and automation so it's easy to mold around existing P&P. Support is helpful and quick.

The pricing is a la carte which is great most of the time, but using the full feature set adds up quickly.

Rippling has a nice clean interface. It took me some time to get used to it, but now whenever I need to approve timecards or check PTO balance, it's smooth and easy.

I don't love having to switch between Admin account and Employee account, and I used to always get confused between the Time & Attendance and Time Off sections, before I remembered to look for the icon versus the first word.

Rippling is an easy platform to use that has a user-friendly interface which helps in navigation. It is also an all-in-one platform that enables HR and Payroll Solutions. It has Automated HR solution. It has a responsive customer support team.

Rippling is okay and has no problems or issues.
