It’s affordable and works well with small schools.

It’s a clearly dated product. The functionality and GUI are a throwback to early 2000’s internet.
(But it still completely works, has texting features and a mobile app)
Also, just on a personal note, most of the forms are written in Times New Roman and can’t be changed to another font. Eek.

Praxischool works with each and every school to make sure each implementation is customized to exactly what that school needs, with the ability to make changes as a school grows or shrinks from year to year. They also have support available 5 days a week for staff that are always incredibly helpful with any issues we are experiencing. Even have a multitude of helpful how-to-videos showing how to do important tasks step-by-step.

That we didn't find it sooner. :) Any complaints have ultimately been addressed and Praxischool seems to me to be dedicated to continual self-improvement and expansion of offered capabilities.

The product is user friendly and the training I received to use the product was top notch. The product did not integrate with an app I need to use but the staff was willing to do what it took to get that integration in place. You have the opportunity to work with a programmer to put things in place specifically for your school --basically allowing you to customize your experience as much as possible.

There aren't any features I feel are missing because you can ask for specific things and have a discussing how to implement your requests.

The ease of set-up, high quality training and detailed resources for help. It also fits in our budget.

Occasionally, I might have to refresh the page for an update.

I like all of the features of the software. Having used nothing but Excel spreadsheets to try to keep track of payments, monies owed, etc., this is a lifesaver!

I guess I haven't used it enough to have a dislike of anything!

I have found this integration helpful for streamlining data exchange and reducing manual data entry.

Learning curve for setup and customization: PraxiSchool offers customization options, but I have mentioned that the initial setup and customization process can be complex or time-consuming.

Everything about Praxi is easy to understand and use. I have used other school software that was difficult to use, and did not provide most of the services available through Praxi School. I love that I can run the entire school office from Praxi. We are able to handle financial management, grades, parent communication, and student/parent information in one system. The other thing I love about Praxi is the immediate customer service. I am able to connect with a customer service rep in moments online and they are always able to resolve any questions I have. I am never transferred to multiple people to answer my questions.

I honestly cannot think of anything that I do not like about the Praxi School system.

The PraxiSchool software meets all of our needs and more! The software is robust and the technical support is EXCELLENT! Regardless of the issue (small or large), the online support team is always very welcoming and helpful I have had nothing but good things to say about the system. The onboard training was fantastic and the team was very patient. Additionally, having a video recording of our training sessions have been a welcome addition to our faculty support page on our website.

I gave "Ease of use" a 3 star rating only because it DOES take using the software daily to get into the swing of managing it...particularly if you have never used any such system in the past. However, after you get comfortable with how it operates then it becomes commonplace and very simple to use.

The president of the company went out of his way to meet with me and help setup features for an ACE school. I searched diligently for an online school management software that could accomodate the uniqueness of our program and found none. PraxiPower sought me out and worked with me to help customize their program to work for my school. I never thought I'd have all the features of an online program with parent and student portal access, but PraxiPower has made it reality for our school.
Some of the features and their ease of use have enabled us to implement programs (such as lunch and aftercare) with ease. Overall it has taken our school up to the next level.

There are so many features that sometimes it is difficult to stay up with them all and take advantage of them all. There is an initial setup requirement for most of the features. However, once that initial setup is completed it is done and the data entry and manipulation becomes quite easy after that.

Access to tech support

The glitches and hang ups at times with it being a smaller company and a progressing company.

The Praxi Power Software system has organized our school information from staff to students to billing. Helping us to run much more efficiently. The software is easy to use and the support exceptional.

A manual would be beneficial.

I originally liked the idea that I could use it to write my lesson plans. I thought it would be helpful for the assignments I listed in my lesson plans would transfer to my grade book.

The system is unappealing in appearance. It looks antiquated and cheap. Every task that I try to complete involves multiple steps. The help I requested was unsuccessful at solving the problem. The training was poor.
