Es muy fácil de usar muy intuitivo, se hace el seguimiento de cada proyecto de manera muy fácil y no deja nada al aire

No hay mucha información del software por lo que se tiene que estar tratando de comunicar muy seguido con atención al cliente y es muy incomodo esperar para solucionar algo simple

Tiene muchas ventajas ya que permite rastrear y gestionar tus activos empresariales en tiempo real, lo que significa que siempre tendrás información actualizada sobre tus activos, como su ubicación, estado, historial de mantenimiento, entre otros. Es una solución basada en la nube, lo que significa que puedes acceder a la plataforma desde cualquier lugar , siempre y cuando tengas una conexión a Internet permitiendo automatizar muchos de los procesos relacionados con la gestión de activos, lo que puede aumentar la eficiencia y la productividad de la empresa.

Es costoso en comparación con otras soluciones de gestión de activos. Aunque ofrece una variedad de planes de precios, los planes más completos pueden resultar costosos para las empresas más pequeñas; La personalización de la plataforma requiere un poco de habilidad técnica y configurarla adecuadamente puede llevar algún tiempo. Si tu empresa no tiene acceso confiable a Internet, Asset Panda podría no ser la mejor solución para ti. Software is cheap, They have a mobile app. (kinda confusing to navigate), they have a webpage (kinda confusing to navigate as well). You at the very least get to speak to someone in the US versus a overseas call center.... But the support people only speak in jargon and hardly ever get to root of the problem.

Confusing web page to navigate. Support and Implementation team are a nightmare to deal with. They don't really breakdown or explain to you the issues in simple terms they just rush you off the phone and "fix the problem". Only training you will receive is from support from Texas via telephone who also cannot explain things in a proper manor. The explanations they do give are full or jargon and leave you more confused than before. I HATE this software! Its cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.

It made my job so much easier that I don't know where I would be with out it so amazing I would love to tell everyone about it

I have not had any failures or anything with this this is an amazing product

Asset panda is excellent and keeping track of all your IT assets are making sure everything is where it should be and you know when stuff is Jake

The free limits the number of assets you can have, and then you have to go onto a paid plan, which can get quite expensive

Asset Panda is a great tool which is very easy to use and is highly customisable. The ability to use the mobile app as a barcode scanner is a huge plus

I like that there is a mobile app that allows you to update information remotely.

There is nothing I dislike about this app.

It is very easy to use and provides an unmatched ability to customise the product based on needs.

The customer support could have been better.

Once setup it is very easy to use and way less paper work envloved.

In our particular case we have users set to only have the Assets tab, that means they don't even have the settings page as users use SSO and it is not needed. The biggest issue is that it brings users to a total asset count page that is irrelevant and confuses the user when logging in and trying to sign for assets. All they need to do is click the "Asset" tab at the top but with it being the only tab they don't think its a button. I just wish there was a global home page settings for user templates instead of having to go in and set users manually. Users come and go often so its no ideal for us to make that change to each new user.

So in summary I would love to see a global home page option for users templates.

I love the ease of use. It is very user friendly. If I have any questions, the chat feature is a wonderful way to get help.

The only problems I have had is my own lack of knowledge. But a quick chat session later and all is well.

The asset management feature and inventory have been surprisingly critical to us. Integration was fairly painless and for the most part without headaches. Works well with all of our other systems.

Only non positive experience I can even begin to speak of was a few minor complications when it came to the integration process but nothing unpleasant.

At times, using the product was a bit perplexing, particularly when searching for specific items. This might be because we weren't very familiar with the product.

Great assist management software. I love how easy and simple it is to use and carry out tasks.

Sessions time out way too fast, while viewing a report the page times out and takes you back to the start

Good solution, it's intuitive, very easy to use, tracks and reports the exact locations, tells you when to replace something.

The price charged is a downside, I think it could be cheaper.
